Every Good Bye in Life Makes The Next Hello Closer

Every Good Bye in Life Makes The Next Hello Closer

Hello and goodbye are the two words without which our life is incomplete….I certainly cannot imagine a language without these two words…These words indicate the beginning and the end of a relationship…If hello brings a good feeling, a start, good bye hurts, makes us cry..I am b-tech fourth year student and the only thought of saying good bye to my engineering life scares me. Good bye, if it’s only for a day is okay but if the good bye is forever or for a long time…How does an individual come to terms with good bye, react and handle good bye…

We all know nothing lasts forever in this world, there comes a time when irrespective of what we want,  have to let go forever or for a while. There is a friend of mine who’s love is flying away from him for M.S on 31st of this month..He is lost, sad, depressed…the fear of saying goodbye even if it’s for a while haunts him. It’s not only about my friend but instances like…

  • Transfer for a job…

  • Joining a hostel…

  • Opting for higher studies…

  • Leaving the motherland for research, earning…

  • When you are about to complete your schooling or graduation…

  • Death of a loved one…

Good bye always accompanies…

So why is it always so difficult to let someone go, why does life have a good bye…Why can’t we hold onto people for ages…!!!

That’s the way life is…No one can control it…Everything in life happens for a reason and assuming that reason to be good will always help us….

Parting ways with people (and other beings) is part of the natural order of life, teaching you to grow as a human being and helping you to come to terms with life and its kinks. Through a small shift in perspective, you can open up a new way of seeing separation that takes you beyond your own sorrow. Within many a sad goodbye is often the reality of more positive things, such as release, freedom, joy or even new opportunities. God has a unique way of balancing things…For good, there is bad. For laugh there is cry. For success, there is a defeat. For goodbye there will definitely be a hello.

Always remember “A good-bye is never painful unless you’re never going to say hello again”…
